The Accumulating Conveyor is used for feeding parts into processing lines and for decoupled linking of different system areas. This system enables the material flow design to store parts for production areas. Thanks to its stable aluminum profile design, the Accumulating Conveyor is very flexible in terms of length, width and height and can therefore be adapted to customer requirements in the shortest possible time. The biggest distinguishing feature compared to competitor products is the transport of the workpiece carriers by means of ‘maintenance-free’ PU curved toothed belts.

The Shuttle is used to transport parts in processing lines and to link different system areas. Fast transfer reduces the cycle time. In addition, the use of a PU toothed belt and rubberized carriage rollers ensures extremely smooth running behavior.

The Part Trolley is a simple, decoupled solution for feeding components into the production process. A particular highlight is that the part trolley can be completely removed. While one part trolley is in the cell and being unloaded, the second part trolley can be pulled out and loaded. In addition, the cell is securely locked by protective panels attached to the operator and robot side of the Part Trolley.
It can also be used as an ejection or inspection station or directly in the cell.
The Part Trolley R is a simple decoupled solution for feeding parts into the production process. The Trolley also can be used for diverting or testing. When the Part Trolley R is removed, the safety area is closed because of the robot window.
The Part Trolley S is a simple decoupled solution for feeding parts into the production process. The Trolley also can be used for diverting or testing. When the Part Trolley S is removed, the safety area is closed by a saloon door automatically.
The Part Trolley L is a simple decoupled solution for feeding parts into the production process. The Trolley also can be used for diverting or testing. When the Part Trolley L is removed, the safety are is closed by a light barrier.
The Part Drawer is a simple solution for feeding or removing components from a running production process. In addition to component supply, the drawer is also used as a discharge and inspection drawer. To decouple the running production process, one drawer is used alternately as a pair. Production parts can be manually fed into the first drawer and then alternately removed by the robot in the second drawer. By decoupling the loading process, a continuous production process is ensured.
The Rack Tower is an automated solution for the cycle time-decoupled infeed and outfeed of large components in production lines with the aid of component containers arranged one above the other. These are alternately filled and emptied in forklift operation.
The Rack Shelf is an automated solution to decouple the cycle time by infeed and outfeed of large parts in production lines with containers (arranged next to each other).

The Rack Changer is an automated solution for cycle time-decoupled infeed and outfeed of large components in production lines using component containers. The lower level has a loading/unloading position (AGV transfer position).
